Where Can I Buy Stormtrooper Armor?

I am looking to buy some StormTrooper Armor but I've heard a rumor that Lucasfilms will sue anyone who is selling it. That seems kind of stupid for them to do and quite frankly I don't even know if it is true.
Do you know where I can buy Stormtrooper Armor or Stormtrooper Helmets? I don't want to break the law but I want some armor and I want it now. I've heard of some people making it? Is that possible?

Paul I am sure anything is possible but I wouldn't have the first idea how to make Stormtrooper Armor that didn't look like it was built from a trashcan. Maybe someone else can help but the armor is fairly elaborate so I would skip that idea personally.
As for the Stormtrooper Armor or Stormtrooper Helmets, sure you can buy it legally. Just look around this very site.....Stormtrooper Armor and Stormtrooper Helmets are for sale everywhere.

do a search for “The 501st” i think it’s 501st.org but not sure. they are the top stormtrooper costume group. they were the ones in the rose parade officially chosen by lucasfilm ltd.
from there - go to the Garrison listing
find the garrison for the area where you live - when you get there, ask where the members got their armor -
OR -
go to the detachment site for the type of armor that you want -
regular white stormtroopers are
when you get on their forums - look around for armorys or post up something that you are looking for armor - you will get ideas and tips -
