Whats the difference between clone troopers and stormtroopers?

Answer:
Stormtroopers and Clonetroopers might appear to be the same however they are quite different if you were to lift the helmet off the trooper. Clonetroopers were originally all clones of Joba Fett, a lethal and talented bounty hunter that roamed the galaxy.

Clonetroopers were necessary in the early years of the formation of the Empire because they needed to grow an army to immense proportions and quickly in anticipation of their many conquests around the galaxy and the need for an army of enforcers.

As the years passed, flaws were found in the clonetroopers and the decision was made somewhere between Episode III and Episode IV to instead develop the Stormtrooper army from a pool of highly trained and fiercely loyal soldiers.

So while similar, clonetroopers and stormtroopers are different animals.
